Once in a Lifetime Pasta Cooking Class
Stefano’s Mamma will teach you how to make the real Italian pasta from scratch in this Florence Cooking Class.
You can enjoy an authentic Italian culinary experience during this 4-hour pasta-making class in the scenic Tuscan hills just like we did.
Learn to craft pasta from scratch, kneading dough, shaping it, and cooking it to perfection.
Uncover traditional recipes and techniques passed down through generations. Then, delight in the rich flavors of Italy as you savor the pasta dishes you’ve created.
We prepared together two traditional pastas: “Tortelli di patate” and “Gnocchi” at the same time.
While we waited on the pasta to sunbath, we made the perfect sauces to match: “Ragù” and “Burro e Salvia“.
The entire cooking experience, we used no machinery, only a few ingredients and roller pin!

In Conclusion
Stefano and his mamma were incredibly accommodating and we loved every minute at their home. We got to meet other people from all over the world and the class size was very small, at only 10 people.
We would 10/10 HIGHLY RECOMMEND this class during your time in Florence to experience the real countryside of Italy.
